At Lymphira, we know that once you've ordered, you want it in your hands fast. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship, when to expect your order, and how to track it every step of the way.

Shipping Options & Costs

We offer two shipping options across the United States:

Standard Shipping - Free Arrives within 5-8 business days

Priority Shipping - $5.99 Arrives within 3-5 business days

Both options include full tracking from the moment your order leaves our warehouse.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays will be processed the next business day.

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, and a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey from our warehouse to your door.

If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 3 business days, please reach out to us at support@lymphira.com and we'll look into it right away.

Where We Ship From

All Lymphira orders ship from our US fulfillment center and are delivered by trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used will depend on your shipping option and delivery address.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

International shipping is not yet available, but we're working on it. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand.

Delayed or Missing Orders

We do everything we can to get your order to you on time, but occasionally factors outside our control - weather, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods - can slow things down.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please:

  1. Check your tracking link for the most recent update
  2. Confirm the shipping address on your order is correct
  3. Contact us at support@lymphira.com with your order number - we'll help locate your package or send a replacement if needed

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't find it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Look around your porch, mailbox, and other delivery locations
  3. Wait 24 hours - sometimes packages are marked delivered slightly before they actually arrive

If your package still hasn't shown up after 48 hours, contact us at support@lymphira.com with your order number and we'll work with you to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we're sorry - and we'll fix it right away. Please email us at support@lymphira.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A photo of the damaged item or packaging
  3. A brief description of the issue

We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Address Changes

We process orders quickly, so if you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at support@lymphira.com within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to make changes before your order ships.
