We want every Lymphira customer to feel completely confident with their purchase. If your Lymphira isn't quite right, returning it is simple, free, and hassle-free.

How to Return Your Lymphira
Returning your Lymphira is quick and easy:
- Log in to your account using the email you placed your order with
- Find the order you'd like to return and click "Request a Return"
- Select the item and submit your request
Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label and full instructions. Just print the label, pack your Lymphira (the original box is ideal but not required), drop it off at the carrier, and you're done.
When You'll Get Your Refund
After your return arrives back at our warehouse, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
What's Returnable
Everything we sell. There are no final sale items at Lymphira - every order is fully returnable within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a full refund, your Lymphira should be returned in good condition. We understand you'll want to try it out — that's the whole point of a return window — so light, normal use is completely fine. We just ask that the device be clean, undamaged, and returned with all original accessories (charging cable, instruction guide).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your Lymphira arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we're sorry - and we'll make it right immediately.
Please contact us at support@lymphira.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- A brief description of what happened
We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer — no need to return the damaged item in most cases.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your Lymphira for a different item, the easiest way is to return your original order for a refund and place a new order for what you'd like instead. This gets the new item to you faster than processing an exchange manually.
Refunds for Promotional or Bundle Purchases
If you purchased a bundle or used a promotional discount, your refund will reflect the actual amount paid. If you return part of a bundle and the remaining items no longer qualify for the bundle pricing, we may adjust the refund accordingly. We'll always explain clearly before processing.
